How billing works

- Billed per 1M input and output tokens, rounded to the nearest token.

- Billed per generated image at the provider’s resolution tier.

- Billed per minute of audio, or per 1M characters for TTS.
- Failed requests
- Requests that fail before generation are not billed.

Pricing questions
How is the discount calculated?
Each model has its own discount rate. Your price is the provider's current list price multiplied by (1 − discount). We never raise the list price first.
Do I have to commit to a volume?
No. Standard is prepaid pay-as-you-go with no minimum. Volume and Enterprise are for teams that want a lower rate and an invoice.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Requests return 402 until you top up. We never let usage run into arrears, so there is no surprise bill at the end of the month.
Can I get an invoice with my company details?
Yes. Add billing details in the console and every top-up generates a receipt with your VAT ID and address.
Do you offer refunds?
Prepaid credit is non-refundable and non-withdrawable, in line with standard prepaid API billing. If applicable law requires a refund, we will process it through the original payment method.
Is there a rate limit?
Default limits scale with your spend tier. Custom concurrency is available on Enterprise.
What does the 99.9% SLA cover?
Gateway availability, measured monthly. Credits are issued to your prepaid balance.
Can I use TokDash from any country?
Yes, except where prohibited by applicable export controls or provider terms.
