Non-refundable credits
Prepaid credits are non-refundable. Balance that has been consumed and balance that remains unused are both non-refundable.
No cash redemption
Credits cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
Exceptions required by law
TokDash will process a refund only where required by applicable law. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Acknowledgment at purchase
You confirm this policy when you add credits to your balance.
